Translation:
Master of the world, merciful Father; since You have allowed me, in Your abundant mercy, to reach this day - a day of forgiveness of sins, therefore in Your great mercy deliver me and help me to perform complete repentance before You and to repair all that I have spoiled and transgressed in Your Presence. Have mercy upon me and save me so that I shall sin no more, and so that I may walk in straight paths before You. Master of the universe, You are my security; grant me grace and favor and mercy in Your eyes and in the eyes of all who see me, and especially in the eyes of my groom, my husband, may he live long. Grant me good sense to know how to behave each and every day, and especially at the time of my wedding, that I may know what to do and what to say such that our union should be successful. Let Your presence dwell in our midst, that love, fraternity, peace and friendship may prevail between my husband and me, with the joy of holiness, and may we merit to build a faithful Jewish home, such that it bring You satisfaction. Help us, that our wedding ceremony, with the betrothal and the marriage, be at a good and propitious time and with good luck, and that everything go smoothly with no confusion or interruption, and with no anguish, heaven forefend. May we merit complete and pure faith, and to always live in the joy of sanctity and with peace of mind. Grant us healthy, beautiful sons and daughters with intelligence and good and pure hearts, and a comfortable and easy living so that we may serve You wholeheartedly with contentment and generosity and all that is good. Master of the universe, have mercy upon all the young men and women of Israel, that they may find their proper match easily. May we soon merit to see the salvation of Israel with the coming of our righteous Mashiah, speedily in our days; Amen, so may it be Your will. May the words of my mouth and the thoughts of my heart find favor before You,
