The Hebrew Letter Shin, (which signifies "GOD"), is sculpted on the top, as on all mezuzahs.

The words sculpted on the stone are from Tehillim (Psalms), Chapter 65 verse 6:
"Thou the confidence of all the ends of the earth..."

The globe shape is sculpted under the verse.
